How it works
First you need to send us
your order.
You can send us your own
purchase order by emailing it to
zack@zackwaldick.com.
or you can use
our
online order
request form.
Please make sure all fields are complete
and accurate to prevent
any delays and ensure that your quotation is
accurate.
If you did not
make use of our online order form, email your art to
zack@zackwaldick.com.
(Please see our submission guidelines
to ensure that your files are
in the proper format).
When submitting art please make sure to list your name and the job name
as your reference so we can properly assign the files to the right job.
We will review the order and art and contact you if any questions arise.
A quote will be issued and sent to you
for review and sign off.
The quote will usually arrive in a .pdf format.
Your order will be processed,
once we get the signed
quotation back from you.
Art proofs will be sent to you for review and acceptance.
Your job will be scheduled
for production, once all of your goods have arrived and when
we have your signature with authorization and
approval of the art.
Production begins!
The finished products will be packaged back into the original boxes.
You will receive confirmation
from us that your order is ready for collection
as well as an invoice with the amount due.
Our banking details will be on the invoice.
When you make a payment, please use your company
name as the reference.
Your goods will be ready for collection once confirmation of
payment is received.
